Sushi Kashiba is one of Seattle’s most celebrated fine-dining destinations, led by Shiro Kashiba—apprentice to Jiro Ono and the first formally trained Japanese sushi chef on the West Coast of the United States. As the restaurant prepared to open its doors, the digital presence needed to reflect the same level of precision, restraint, and artistry found at the counter. Studio Five was selected to design a website that would quietly elevate the brand, showcase the cuisine, and establish a refined online identity worthy of one of the most respected names in Japanese fine dining.
